Covered California To Begin Mailing Tax Forms

During the period of January 16, 2015 until January 31, 2015, Covered California will mail consumers IRS Form 1095-A. This form will contain information related to your health insurance including the premium subsidy (tax credit) you received during 2014. Review the form for its accuracy.

Form 1095-A will be used to complete IRS Tax Form 8965 of your 2014 tax return.

Please understand that both Covered California and myself cannot give tax advice. If you need assistance completing your Form 8965, you can find information at or seek the advice of a tax professional.
